Tedrick Housh leads the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice at Lathrop GPM, and co-leads its Blockchain Practice. He assists companies with legal issues arising from GDPR, data collection, storage, protection, use, transfer and disclosure. His clients rely upon him to help integrate blockchain platforms and applications into their business models. He provides guidance on data subject consent, data vendor and transfer agreements, as well as terms of use and privacy statements for websites and apps. He helps manage security incidents and resolve ensuing disputes and liabilities. He implements, assesses and improves Information Security Policies, Incident Response Plans and other privacy and security programs. With more than two decades of experience in workplace law, he also counsels on employment-related matters and litigates covenants not to compete and trade secret misappropriation.
